- Conrad and Diana Swenson have been married for 30 years and have resided in the Rose Hill, KS. area for about 26 years. They have two daughters, Michelle (Swenson) Canny, and Rachel (Swenson) Johnston.
As a young man growing up on the farm near Assaria, KS., Conrad would often attend auctions with his dad. Taking a liking to this atmosphere, it became a goal of Conrad’s to become an auctioneer some day. After 22 years of employment at Boeing Aircraft, and working for several local auctioneers, Conrad’s goal became a reality. With Diana having a background in real estate sales and management, the two put their skills together to establish Swenson Real Estate & Auction Service Inc. in the fall of 1997.
